"Light" Banana Cake!

Thanks to my beautiful friend Kami in Cleveland, TN (she and i were college roomies....oh the good ole days!)  I have a delicious new recipe (with a few touches of my own:) to share with all of you!  here goes!

Ingredients
1 C Self- Rising Flour (very important!) trust me, I learned the hard way! Ha!
1 C Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 stick of Margarine, Butter or Butter substitute (room temperature)
3 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt ( i used banana cream pie yogurt! it's what i had in the fridge :)
1/2 C. chopped walnuts (optional) I made mine without b/c the hubby has an aversion to nuts :)
3 Large Bananas, Mashed

Method
1.Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
2.Cream together butter and sugar
3.Add in eggs one at a time and beat well
4. Add Yogurt and bananas
5. Fold in flour
6. Pour into Bundt Pan and bake for one hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
